Jake Paul defeats Nate Diaz by unanimous decision

Paul came out swinging in the early rounds, displaying an improved left hook that repeatedly landed on Diaz, known for his endurance and durability. It looked as though Paul was going to secure a first-round stoppage against the former UFC contender as Diaz was seemingly struggling to handle the pressure and heavy shots coming his way. However, Diaz survived the onslaught and made it through the round.

Paul showcased improvements not only in his left hook but also in his discipline and patience during the fight. He continued to land heavy shots in the following rounds, setting up what turned out to be an insurmountable advantage on the scorecards.

In the fifth round, Paul landed a powerful left hook that knocked Diaz down, and almost saw him faceplant as he attempted to regain his footing. Paul swarmed Diaz once the bout resumed, but Diaz withstood the punishment and survived.
